Adventurer's Of All Kinds, The Silly And The Thankful Kind

Well here we are again fall in Saint George. Which is wonderful and very warm. An it's still really green Halloween has come and gone and the leaves have just turned enough to call it fall. But even with that being the case, my little ones loved Halloween. Emma was are little princess who sadly broke her crown again after I had fix it. So last minute that day we made a crown of pipe cleaners and beads it turned out quit good. She loved it anyway. Then are JJ was just going to be a pumpkin till Kern said keep the shirt and make a sign that say Welcome Great Pumpkin so he could be Lean's . Which fit perfectly because he has been draging his blue cuddle blanket every where he goes. So he was quit the hit at the party.

At party they had dinner but Emma wasn't wanting food she wanted to the dough on string game. Which was really funny to watch. they little dough so it made it that much harder to get them as you can see . But JJ didn't want to eat of the string he just wanted to eat he keep trying to pull it off for Emma. So here she tried to get and he tried grabbing it with his hand and it swing a way from them both. Then it was mommy and daddy turn o joy . I wasn't in the mood to do it but are friend the yost said they would do it if we would so we did.

We got are dough about the same time. All though Kern would said that he won and he didn't not quit.

So they told us to kiss and make up I started giggling I am not one to kiss in front of people never was. So he had to deep me and make me turn bright red. This after we came out the kiss. It was still a really good night best Halloween ever I think.

Last but not least at the end of the night we had to go get candy to give to ticker treater. It was the first time we would be home to give candy a way normal we are still at party or in Boston. So here is my chance a corner JJ. May be he will final be happy and not scream when I try caught just him a lone as Lean's the Great pumpkin believer. No such luck

This are earlier try to get him alone he throw himself on the floor and started to cry so I had Emma take this one of the two of us. So sad but so cute.

Emma on the other hand always love to be center of it all. Here she is as  a Fair-princess.

Then she had to be a hula dancer for just little bit that night after the party to see what was like to be like here mommy. She is so cute. JJ is trying to smile, he is mad that she go to wear my costume and he didn't because he keep trying to pull the flowers off the neck less all evening long.

Now for the thankful part of our Adventures, we are blessed here to go and see the Jubilee of Trees ever year as family. Last year we made a tree for our Nana. This year we got to have just enjoy the trees, here are our favorite starting with JJ tree.

He jumped right out the stroller when he saw this one it was the train. He loves trains.

Emma's Favorite is next. She loved this because of the stars and we are learning a primary Christmas song that begins with stars are g liming.

This was Kern Favorite next are Nana which was as he said " Very Elegant and Classic".

He liked this because the picture and special moment caught in each of them.

This was my Favorite because as ward we just had Hula party. The thyme was Christmas in Hawaii. The Y.W.and the primary girls dances and so did the R.S sister I was one of them it was great fun.

This one if my brothers were there I think they all would loved. I wish that it didn't turn out so dark. It is the Pirates of the Caribbean Tree it was so cool.

 

Santa stuck in  the chimney is for my Dad. He would always joke when we were little and still believed in Santa he would get stuck in our fire places or on roof on reach year if he wasn't careful. Like he was trying to caught him or something. 

Candy Land our favorite game for christmas last year and over all the most favorite of my children and me. We play candy land all most everyday, and when I was about ten my friends and I played it everyday for a whole summer changing the rules and making it our Candy Land.

Next are the Gingerbread house that you can eat but look so cute you wish you could shrink your self and climb inside and live there. Just to see if you would like it. We pick a few we all really liked as family.

 

But to top it all off they had the life flight helicopter there for all of us to take a picture in if we wanted. It was there to show that we raised a enough money in Dixie to get but now we are trying to get enough money to keep here.

  Emma was asking the whole time we were there if we could get in to it. I said yes but at the end right before we live. An that what we did, but  we weren't sure if jj wanted to get in till he got just as excited as Emma when we it came are turn to get in. It was better then the funnel cake which they both love to get another traditions we have when go to the jubilee trees.So we are thankful to have fun Family Home Evening to mark the start of time year we try and be more grateful for all we have.

As for our meal of Thanksgiving on Thanksgiving day, well forgot to bring the camera to show all the Bowler and Burton and McFarland getting together.  I do have some great lift over dinner picture here at home of Emma and JJ, enjoying yummy lift overs .

 So as you see it was really good meal good enough to have twice in the same day and for next days lunch. We all loved it and are grateful for the lift overs  of  such a wonderful meal. I think like most of us we eat to much. But I don't think I could very forget that we so much in just having each other are little family of four.
